At Lycée Emmanuel, career guidance is not limited to choosing a university major. It is a long-term journey that helps students understand themselves, explore the world of work, and build a clear vision for their future.
Through the PATHFINDER Program, students from the 7th to the 12th grade, are guided step by step to develop self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, financial literacy, and career readiness. The program helps learners reflect on their interests, strengths, ambitions, and values while connecting classroom learning to real-life opportunities.
PATHFINDER begins by helping students explore personal dreams, emotions, communication, professions, and entrepreneurship. As students progress through the higher grades, the program expands into career research, university pathways, technical and vocational options, financial planning, job market awareness, artificial intelligence, professional observation, interviews, and university or scholarship preparation.
Students are encouraged to discover different professions, understand the skills required for future careers, evaluate academic and professional pathways, and make informed decisions with confidence. They also learn to reflect on the influence of family, society, technology, and the changing job market on their future choices.
Our goal is to help every student become an independent, confident, and future-ready individual who can make responsible decisions about higher education, career direction, and life beyond school.
